Eastman Lodge - A long-term project to restore an historic landmark to its former grandeur, while adding features designed to increase the year-round usefulness of the building. |

Boat Docks - Revitalizing the waterfront area by constructing a new boathouse, tower and docks, as well as the purchase of a sailboat, kayaks, and other program materials. |

Memorial Trees - Recognizing or memorializing Scouts and Scouters, and improving the landscape of Camp Eastman |
Shelters- Financing the construction of a sheltered extension to the Trading Post, and shelters in other areas including Scoutcraft and the Archery range. |

| COPE - Providing a series of physical, mental and emotional challenges facilitated by a trained staff directed at enhancing the personal growth of the participants. |

Sports Areas- A soccer field with regulation goals, two sand volleyball courts, and a basketball court have all been installed thanks to funding from CEDA. |

Special Needs Enhancements - Obtaining a matching grant from the Catfish Bend Casino and the Des Moines County Special Needs Foundation was the first step in this ambitious project to provide blacktop road and path access to the camp areas that are utilized by special needs troops and organizations. |
Miscellaneous Projects - Grills, pole shelters, bulletin boards, and a new flagpole pad are just a few of the many other improvements made possible by your contributions. |
